The Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs, known as ALADS, strongly endorsed Rosemead Councilmember Sandra Armenta for State Senate. While serving for over 14 years on the Rosemead City Council, Sandra has proven her dedication to preserving and improving public safety.

Sandra recognizes the need to reduce crime and violence by making solid investments in prevention, intervention and rehabilitation programs. State lawmakers are crucial in creating a better environment for allowing our public safety personnel to serve the public's interest by keeping the peace.

Sandra is strongly opposed to defunding our local law enforcement agencies and will work hard every day in the State Senate to make sure local law enforcement have the tools they need to keep our communities safe.
